Privacy Policy: Accident Support Desk
Last updated: January 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Accident Support Desk (“Accident Support Desk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit or interact with our website at https://accidentsupportdesk.com and any related sites, landing pages, forms, advertisements, or services we operate (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”).
We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or form an attorney-client relationship. If you submit information through our Site or call a phone number shown on our Site, your inquiry may be shared with one or more third-party attorneys, law firms, or legal marketing partners (each a “Participating Advertiser”) who may contact you. Participating Advertisers are independent third parties; their privacy practices govern their handling of your information after we share it.
If you have questions about this Policy or want to submit a privacy request, contact us at: [email protected]

How We Share Information
A. Participating Advertisers
If you submit information through the Site or call a phone number on the Site, we may share your inquiry and related Personal Information with one or more Participating Advertisers for lead-delivery, marketing, or intake purposes. Once shared, those parties’ privacy practices apply to their further use.
B. Service Providers
We share Personal Information with Service Providers who perform services for us (hosting, analytics, CRM, call tracking, email, payment processing). Service Providers are contractually limited to using data only to provide services to us.
C. Advertising and analytics partners
We may share identifiers and event data with ad networks and analytics providers for measurement, attribution, and remarketing. In some jurisdictions, this sharing may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under privacy laws.
D. Legal, safety, and business purposes
We may disclose information to comply with laws, respond to legal process, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, or in connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, sale of assets).
Calls, Texts, and Consent (TCPA / automated contacts)
By providing your phone number, you authorize Accident Support Desk and Participating Advertisers to contact you at that number, which may include calls or texts using automated dialing technology and/or prerecorded/artificial voice, as permitted by law, for purposes related to your inquiry and/or marketing. Consent to receive automated calls/texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of marketing texts, reply STOP (or follow other opt-out instructions). Opting out with us does not automatically opt you out with Participating Advertisers that already received your information.
To request placement on our internal Do Not Call list, email [email protected] and include your full name and phone number(s). We will make commercially reasonable efforts to honor internal DNC requests, but cannot control independent Participating Advertisers’ outreach after we share data.
Marketing Emails
We may send marketing emails. You can opt out of non-transactional marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing [email protected]. We may still send service-related or administrative messages.
Cookies, Analytics, and Targeted Advertising
A. Cookie controls
Most browsers let you control cookies through settings. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality.
B. Third-party tracking and analytics
We use third-party analytics (for example, Google Analytics) and advertising platforms that may collect information about your activity across sites. To opt out of Google Analytics aggregation, see https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/. For ad settings, see https://adssettings.google.com/.
C. Interest-based advertising
We and our partners may use cookies and identifiers to deliver interest-based ads. To opt out of some targeted advertising, you can use industry opt-out tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative (https://thenai.org/opt-out) or your device/browser settings.
D. Do Not Track
We do not currently honor browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no consistent standard.
Data Retention
We retain Personal Information as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, and for fraud prevention, auditing, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements. Information shared with Participating Advertisers is subject to their retention policies.
